Refund policy

In short: if a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Because our products are digital downloads delivered straight away, the usual 14-day "change of mind" right usually ends once you start the download.
1. Faulty or wrong products: always covered
If a product does not open, is missing files or pages, or is clearly not what the description says, email hello@gurkulla.com with your order number and what is wrong. We will, at your choice where reasonable:
- send you a corrected or working file, or
- refund the price you paid for that product.
This applies whatever the store and whenever you bought, as long as the law gives you a claim for a non-conforming product.
2. The 14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once the download or access starts, if you agreed to receive it straight away and confirmed that you would then lose the right to withdraw (Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code, Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). The store asks for that confirmation at checkout.
So: if you have not yet downloaded or opened the product, or the store did not ask you for that confirmation, you can still cancel within 14 days of purchase. Email us or use the store's refund request, and you get the full price back within 14 days.
Business buyers do not have a legal right of withdrawal, but section 1 still applies.
3. Bought the wrong item or bought twice?
Tell us within 14 days. If you bought the same product twice, we refund the duplicate. If you bought the wrong pack, we swap it for the one you meant, and refund or charge the difference.
4. How refunds are paid

| Google Play Books | Google handles refunds under the Google Play refund policy. |
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 14 days of our decision. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on the store and your bank.
5. After a refund
When you are refunded for a forms pack, collection, bundle or Notion workspace, your licence ends. Please delete the files and any copies, except completed forms that already hold your own organisation's information.
