Terms & conditions

Last updated: 3 November 2026

In short: you can use our forms freely inside your own organisation, but you may not resell or share the files. Our guides are practical support, not legal advice. Dutch law applies, and as a consumer you keep every right the law in your country gives you.

1. Who we are

Gurkulla
Geuzenstraat 60
1056 KG Amsterdam, the Netherlands
KVK (Chamber of Commerce) number: 42134217
VAT ID: NL005523613B56
Email: hello@gurkulla.com

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the use of this website and to every Gurkulla product: ebooks, workbooks, forms packs, collections, bundles and Notion workspaces ("products"), wherever you buy them. If anything in these terms conflicts with a rule of law that protects you as a consumer, that rule applies.

3. Buying

We sell through Gumroad, Etsy, Amazon, Apple Books and Google Play Books. The store handles the order, payment, VAT and delivery under its own terms of sale, which you accept at checkout. These terms add the licence and other conditions that come with the product itself.

Prices on this website are in euros and are a guide. The price you pay is the price the store shows at checkout, including any VAT that applies where you live. We try to keep prices on this site current; if they differ, the checkout price applies.

4. Your licence

Forms packs, collections, bundles and Notion workspaces

When you buy, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one organisation (a company, public body or other legal entity, including its employees). Within that organisation you may:

  • use, print and copy the files as often as you need
  • edit and adapt them, add your logo and fill them in
  • share completed or adapted forms with your auditors, regulators, advisers and suppliers when this is part of your own compliance work
  • duplicate a Notion workspace into your organisation's own Notion account

You may not:

  • sell, give away, share or publish the original or edited files, or Notion templates, outside your organisation
  • upload them to template marketplaces, shared drives open to the public, or file-sharing sites
  • use them to create a competing product

Consultants may use the forms within a client engagement only if that client has bought its own licence. For multi-organisation or consultancy licences, email hello@gurkulla.com.

Ebooks and workbooks

Ebooks and printed workbooks are for the personal use of the buyer, under the rules of the store you bought from. You may print fill-in pages from a workbook for your own use.

5. Copyright

All products, texts, forms, cover designs and the Gurkulla name and tower logo are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Gurkulla and its author. Buying a product gives you the licence above, not ownership of those rights. References to ISO 22301, Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA) and Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2) are to the published standard and legislation; our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by ISO or the European Union.

6. Not legal or audit advice

Our products are educational and practical support. They are not legal, regulatory, audit or certification advice, they do not certify that you comply with any standard or law, and they do not guarantee any regulatory outcome. Legislation, technical standards and supervisory guidance change. Each product reflects the texts in force on its publication date, which we state in the product. You remain responsible for checking how the rules apply to your organisation, and for taking professional advice where you need it.

7. Liability

We take care to make our products accurate and useful. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost data, regulatory fines or business interruption.

These limits do not apply if the damage was caused by our intent or gross negligence, and they do not limit any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

8. If a product is faulty

If a file does not open, is incomplete, or is not as described, tell us and we will fix it, send a working copy or refund you. See our Refund policy.

9. This website

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. Links to stores and other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Complaints

Email complaints to hello@gurkulla.com with your order details. We confirm receipt and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 days. If a complaint is about the store's checkout, payment or delivery, the store's own complaints process may be quicker, and we will help where we can.

11. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every purchase of our products. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to a court where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you buy applies to that purchase.
